Option #1 – Consignment - Our most popular option

What Private Stock Offers its Customers:

· A paved, professional display lot that is lighted all night long.

· 24-hour surveillance cameras.

· Assistance in helping price your vehicle using the monthly N.A.D.A. price guide.

· Buyer access to the lot 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

· We advertise your vehicle in print and on our website.

· We handle all test drives and negotiations with prospective buyers.

· We offer financing and extended warranties to buyers.

· We handle all title and document work upon sale of vehicle.

· We may be able to take a trade-in on your vehicle.

What we need from you:

· State law requires we have your unsigned South Dakota title.

(Copy of front and back of title is necessary if bank physically holds the title.)

· Your vehicle must have current license plates and be fully insured.

· Your vehicle should be clean and ready for sale.

(Private Stock offers a hand wash, dry and interior vacuuming for $15.95)

· Your vehicle should have at least ½ tank of gas and a good battery.

(A dead battery leaves a poor first impression to potential buyers.)

Costs:

Weekly lot fee: $25.⁰⁰ per week (minimum of two weeks.)

Sales Fee (most sellers figure this fee into their asking price.) $200.⁰⁰

all prices + 6% sales tax

Option #2 – Consignment - By Owner

(Vehicle must have a clear South Dakota title with no liens).

What Private Stock Offers its Customers with this option:

· A paved, professional display lot that is lighted all night long.

· 24-hour surveillance cameras.

· Assistance in helping price your vehicle using the monthly N.A.D.A. price guide.

· Buyer access to the lot 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

· We advertise your vehicle in print and on our website.

· You handle all test drives and negotiations with prospective buyers.

· Private Stock must handle all title and document work upon sale of vehicle^*.

· Closing of sale must be completed during Private Stock office hours.

What we need from you:

· State law requires we have your unsigned South Dakota title.

(We will not accept vehicles that have liens with this option.)

· We need a set of keys for snow removal and lot arrangement.

· Your vehicle must have current license plates and be fully insured.

· Your vehicle should be clean and ready for sale.

(Private Stock offers a hand wash, dry and interior vacuuming for $15.95)

· Your vehicle should have at least ½ tank of gas and a good battery.

(A dead battery leaves a poor first impression to potential buyers.)
